Please help us in welcoming new SportsSignup recruit Doug Abromaitis to our support department, as a new Customer Support Representative. Doug is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a B.S. in Technology Services Management and an A.S. Computer Technology Services.  We understand how important support is to our customers.  Doug is here to help and looks forward to working with you.

Support is continually reviewing and updating the Customer Support Center.  You can visit the Support Center from any page by clicking on, “Help for this Page” on the top left menu.  Here you can search our Knowledgebase, look through the resources and submit a ticket.  Something you cannot find?  Submitting a ticket just got easier!  Simply click, My Support in the Support Center and complete the summary and description, providing as many details as possible about your question or problem.  This will help us route your ticket appropriately and find the fastest resolution.  Additionally, support is working on new help videos. These will be short task specific videos intended to provide an additional way for someone to learn the system at their own pace.  Last, the support department will be adding a way for customers to add feedback to a ticket.  Please take a moment to let us know how we are doing and to help us improve your Customer Service experience.
