We recognize most of you are volunteers and doing this “on the side.” We also know that when you encounter problems, issues, or have questions about your online registration system you don’t want to wait too long for answers. It is our top priority to respond to your phone or email inquiries as fast as possible, so you can get on with the rest of your day (or go to bed). If you need answers instantly, we have a solution – the Knowledge Base.
The new Knowledge Base is accessible to all customers from the Help button on the upper right of your administrator pages. Our support team answers a variety of questions each and every day. These questions and answers are cataloged and logged in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and exposed in the Knowledge Base. This means that you can type in any topic or question, and relevant answers will be displayed.
