New: Live Chat Feature Available for Support Questions

Have you noticed our new Live Support option within SportsSignup? 

Sometimes you just need immediate attention when we are trying to learn something new, or to solve an issue within the system. Live Support (chat) has recently been added and is accessible from the Home page in the bottom left corner under “Help.” 

At the moment, we are testing Live Chat to determine whether this would be a preferred channel for users to contact support. Once you click the Live Support button a screen will pop-up and ask for your email address and summary of your question.  Then, just hit CHAT WITH US and we will be right with you!

At the end of your chat session, we will send you a link, allowing you to send us your feedback.  

In the event the Live Support is unavailable, the button reflects that we are offline and when clicked turns into an email form, allowing you to send the support team an email from within the application you are working. 

Please help us in continuing to test this feature!  This allows us to help you better, when and where you need it most.  We look forward to chatting with you!
