New: Announcing the New SportsSignup Support Center!

We are pleased to announce the launch of the SportsSignup Support Center!  We are always working to help you to “spend time on the right things” and the development of this new service is another step towards making sure you do that.  

 

While working in the SportsSignup application, you will notice new menu list and an icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen … “Support Center” and a Question Mark with “Help for this page.”  

 

At any point while working, simply click on either the Support Center tab or the icon and they will bring you to the Support Center where you can find a wealth of information to help you with any questions you may have.  The difference is, if you click on the Support Center tab it will bring you to the Support Centerhomepage, and if you click on the icon it will bring you to the specific support area designated to  the page you are currently working within.

KNOWLEDGE BASE
The Knowledge Base has hundreds of support references, created by support professionals who have resolved issues for our customers. It is constantly updated, expanded, and refined to ensure that you have access to the very latest information. 

RESOURCES
Our Resources section has a library of downloadable documents ranging from User Guides to helpful Articles.  And, this library continues to grow…if there is something you’d like to have available just let us know!

GLOSSARY
The Glossary is an alphabetical list of all terms with their definitions.  Don’t know what “Chargeback” means?  You can find the definition in the Glossary.

TROUBLESHOOTER
The Troubleshooter allows you to take a step-by-step tour through our guides to help you find your answer.  

SUBMIT A TICKET 
If you can’t find a resolution to what you are searching for in our Knowledge Base, Resource Section or Troubleshooter, you can always submit a ticket to our Customer Support team for specific assistance.  You will have a response within 24 hours.
