MySportsStore: Merchandise Exchanges…what’s the deal?

Eastbay is happy to help your customers with size exchanges onlyCustomers can do even exchanges, in sizes that you have available for sale. 

The Policy – You can use this, or any variation, to let your customers know about the Exchange policy:

  • Size Exchanges:  We are happy to allow even exchanges, in sizes that are available.

Make it Available – You can make the policy visible to customers on the store page and in the checkout process.  Go to SportsSignup Admin system Home | Merchandise | Settings | Merchandise Refund Policy, add policy and save to display.

 The Exchange Process – On the original invoice, the customer will indicate the product number, color and size of the item being exchanged and the product number, color, size of the item being requested, with their name and ship-to address.  The customer should remove or cover the original labels and mail the unwanted item/invoice to Eastbay (contact your MySportsStore Sales Associate for the return address).  The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted merchandise back to Eastbay, but Eastbay will ship the new item(s) at no additional cost.
